Update 6/19/15: Phoebe (formerly Baby Ruth) was adopted Oct. 2014 but her family has had a rough time lately (divorce/financial/emotional) so she was returned to the rescue. She is still a very shy girl who needs a very loving, patient family to adopt her. She looks so pretty now that her hair is all grown in and doesn't mind being brushed once she is comfortable on my lap but it will take time for her to get to know a new family. Please consider giving this girl her truly forever home.
7/20/14: I am another "mommy" many times over. Thankfully, I was another lucky girl to be taken out of the horrible puppymill. There is so much to learn so watch for updates from my foster mom. I have to stay in foster care for a couple of weeks since I recently had puppies (that were taken from me way to early) and I can't see the Dogtor til I stop producing milk. I know I don't look so pretty right now - all my hair had to be shaved off but when it grows back I will be the prettiest girl you have ever seen. (right now I look like a chihuahua :0 ).
