Mello's foster mom says he is wonderful.  He is affectionate, playful, and smart.  This boy came to us because of ulcers in his mouth due to dental issues.  The ulcers cleared up with antibiotics and a thorough dental cleaning has been done.  He is so happy that he actually smiles!  Adoption fee $325.
