Meet Raphael, one of the Chihuahuas rescued from the Pennsylvania hoarder house a few months ago. Having likely never been outside before, Raphael is now soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the company of other dogs. Though he’s still cautious around humans, he’s made heartwarming progress—gently placing two paws on your leg for attention or a quick pat before scurrying away. He’s not quite ready to be held, but he’s getting there. Raphael would thrive in a calm home with a confident dog to help show him the way. He’s a sweet, gentle soul—come meet him and watch him blossom! |
