Lilly
We lost Lilly on March 9, 2021. She fought PLE for over 6 months, tolerating the weekly blood tests and all the meds in her normal tenacious way. She was our Princess. The littlest one in our house, but the boss. She was fearless (even though she had no teeth and weighed 9 lbs) she tried to bite my horse’s nose! In her mind she weighed 100 lbs and had all her teeth. She came to work with me and was a great store dog, sleeping behind the desk and sometimes coming out to see what was going on. She was my shadow, sleeping next to me, following me everywhere. She was insulted if she had to stay in the car when I got gas or went to the store and let me know in no uncertain way barking and making gremlin noises. She had enough personality for 3 dogs. My little Lilly Bug was my heart. We only had her in our lives for 2 ½ years, not even close to long enough. But even though the pain of loosing her is tremendous, I wouldn’t change a moment of the time we had together. She will live on forever in my heart. Thank you to everyone at Yorkie 911 and especially Charmaine for saving my little girl and giving us the gift of having her in our family. Natasha Tarasov and Joe Wilson

RIP Sweet Maggy
Maggy was an owner surrender in 2019 - she was just a tiny little girl. She passed away last week after being with her new mom for 2 years. She will be greatly missed!

Pixie Doodle
Sadly, Pixie Doodle has crossed the bridge. Her foster mom, Roseann, gave her the best months of her life and we are forever grateful.

Mack (aka Mork)
Many years ago I adopted two adorable Maltese brother and sister….Mork and Mindy. They had been on the site for quite a while because it was hoped that they would be adopted as a pair. At the time I didn’t think I should adopt both of them since I had four other pups. But when the decision was made to adopt them out separately, I just knew that I couldn’t let this happen. So in 2014, They became part of the family. I changed their names to Mack Cormack and Molly McGee. Heidi was right they were very much bonded. Molly unfortunately died of cancer in September 2018 and Mack missed her terribly. Well today, Valentine’s Day, Mack rejoined Molly as he crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. They were a beautiful loving pair of pups, who brought much joy and love into my life. I miss then terribly. Meg Assip

Harper
We had to say goodbye to Harper last week. She reached the final stage of her renal condition and it was heartbreaking. She was an amazing little girl, funny, so playful and so loving. She had the run of the house from the moment we brought her home. Never naughty. I fell in love with her from the picture and kept it on my desk until it was possible to bring her home. Even though I know she may have a kidney issue I wanted to be the one to care for her. She was very special. Anyway, I just want to say thank you for selecting us to be her family. The house is two empty and we are lonely without her .
